A Practice Analysis is the starting point for a consulting partnership that allows me to observe your practice at work, and delve into the detail and nature of your business to find out where improvements, if any, can be made.

A Systems Consulting Program provides training in one or all of the following areas, and can be undertaken on a short- or long-term basis:
For immediate, short-term consulting needs. Not every issue requires a long-term relationship, of course. If you have an issue that is concerning you, just pick up the phone and call! Hourly rates are very affordable, and chances are good we can find a solution for your issue that will more than cover the cost of our discussions.
Annual Planning & Goal Setting
An Annual Planning session takes one day, in which we set realistic and attainable goals for the coming year.
In this session we work together to really understand your ‘numbers’ and then use this information to define your true overhead, set realistic and attainable production and collection goals, and examine what other steps, if any, are required to meet your practice goals.

Marsha Pilgrim has been a certified Dentrix Trainer since 2004. She enjoys helping dental offices learn to use their software to the maximum. She also facilitates several Dentrix User's Groups.
She had trained offices in Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, North Dakota and UP of Michigan. Prior to starting her dental consulting business in 2007, she spent over 20 years in dentistry as a Dental Assistant, Patient Care Coordinator and Office Manager.
